If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 business days of purchase receipt. The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Complete the following form to obtain shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for ALL merchandise. You must include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip. Step 1: Find your Model Number for your piece of furniture. For cribs, the model number is found on a blue and white warning label on the inside bottom of the head board. For dressers, the model number is the six (6) digit number stamped on the back in the middle section.

Due to this, we are unable to supply parts and/or assembly instructions for furniture pieces that are ten years or older.
